The Board of Directors is responsible for the stewardship and oversight of the Corporation. All Directors serving on the Assuris Board are independent of the member life and health insurance companies. Board members are chosen for their knowledge and experience in the business, technical expertise important to the life and health insurance industry and the management of failures.
